Default Hitec and Futaba Compatibility

Could i use a Futaba reciever for a hitec lynx 3d? or a futaba synthesized module for the lynx 3d?

The new Fasst Sytem will work, but not sure about the Futaba 27/75MHz Syth. modules.

I do know a lot of the Futaba guys used the Hitec Spectra module in thier radios.

And yes on the Rx.(use the Futaba x'tal)

A couple of my friends are using the Futaba modules 27Mhz & 75Mhz as well as the Spektrum modules in their Hitec radios. From what I understand, one of the engineers from Futaba designed the Hitec radios which is why it is compatible.
