Default DPD display problem.

Not to sure what is going on it is new from xmas and has done this since it was opend..

When you 1st do a pack the display is fine, but after that the display turn almost black and you cant see the #s Could it be a faulty discharger? If so how much luck am I going to have with getting trinity to fix it?
Should I call them or just send it in?

Have you used quality batteries in it?
Maybe it needs alkalines.

Other than that, send it in.

Trinity has a great support team as I have been PM'd from a service tech and was told that I should send it in for Repair. Sure Is nice to see that some company's lurk in the dark and help out when they can.

Thanks Team Trinty!!!!!!!!
