They are very smooth and consistent so far my experience with it goes. Although the mounting is less secure than screw type, changing a spring/ taking it off is a breeze.

I had the flame patterned on carton, easy to reproduce. The Ray of Speed is original, all dumbproof different sizes of mask tapes sticked together. So easy yet looks decent enuf for race.

It so quiet on this thread theres almost an echo, has everyone disappeared and started another thread without telling me

Now we dont see Herm very often, has everyone become disenchanted with their fish?????

Mine still rocks and I have no plan to get rid of it....roll on Sunday when it comes out to play again.

on my original R2 i used the tamiya shocks.. they worked great! but i had to put it back on my tamiya... i have an extra set now so i might try it again but this time with the R3

As far as i'm concerned, i'm stuck with the cuda for now because i have too many parts for it. I might get an R3 soon since it shares pretty much all the parts i have. I used to have more than one brand but it gets too expensive for me to maintain two different brands.

It does get expensive trying to keep two highend cars running. Lots of money on extra parts and stuff like that. It starts to add up.
