Did some tuning over the weekend, left-right transfer was superb but my turning radius was abt 1ft.
Any pointers, appreciated it.

Even if you use the plastic shaft holder that shouldn't happen...unless the plastic shaft holder is tweaked, or the upper deck is bent to began with. Try switching the alloy shaft holder to the front and see what happens. You can try the other plastic shaft holder and see if it does the same thing.

Also, you might want to also check to see if your upper deck is flat to began with. Lastly, if you're using different screws than what came with the kit, you might want to also check if the screws for the upper link that's on the underside of the upper deck sits perfectly flat in the countersunk (and not sticking out) because that can catch the bulkhead and raise it like it is doing in your picture.

Solid advice steve, i'll give it a thorough checkup.

Thumbs down rayspeed springs

i just bought a complete set of rayspeed springs. but usually i run alex racing springs. the problem is, rayspeedsprings are longer than the alex springs, so if i want to change from a soft alex spring to a stiffer rayspeed spring i have tho adjust ridehigh every time.. that sucks
and u have to change to short ballcups on the front shocks..

I dont understand why people are switching to the Rayspeed springs when Alex Racing makes springs in close to the same tension. What's the advantage with Rayspeed?
