You have to buy titanium stuff seperatly. Mostly it would be for show though as the stock Cuda is pretty light and you'll probably have to add weights to be race legal anyway.
If you really like titanium (like me
) then the first thing I'd replace are the screws, I really don't like the philips head screws on any car, too easy to strip the head on a tough one.
You can get a titanium screw set for a reasonable price and it includes a nice driver.
Other titanium bits available are turnbuckles and axles, axles aren't cheap though
but they do lighten the most important thing to lighten, ie. the drivetrain
