The Web Special was a limited edition car, 100 were made, it was basically a loaded R2, anodized orange.

Then the PAL Spec A was released, another 100 (I believe) were made, and from what I know that is the only one anodized orange.

I pieced that car together and bought all of the best stuff avalible for it, but I'm going to be buying a mill, so I parted with it to get some spare change

Ah.... so thats who gave you the offer you couldn't refuse

Looks great, if a little red something odd about that orange anodizing and photo's.
Are they black alloy steering knuckles?
I see it's got Randmans double front shock towers, must be expecting some serious crashing I think the usual single tower will survive with me (famous last words, I'll be in contact with Steve by Tuesday )

The pics dont show the color right, it does look very red, but trust me, that car is orange Those are Square front knuckles, castor blocks, and hub carriers, strong, and light And of coarse, my famous "thick ass" front shock tower

Hey Dan, what size pinion have you got on there? and is it actually meshed to the spur?

Dave- is it possible to get a PAL conversion top deck seperatly, would be just the front section, not the rear bit with the "wings"

The Xenon conversion is a new chassis, upper deck, and driveshaft, supposively better, but I still do like the R2 how it comes...
