2. Place the diff rings and the small bearings onto the diff halves and sandwich the gear in between the halves.
3. Put one washer onto the long screw. Smear some black grease on the washer. Put 6 small balls onto the washer, then put the other washer on top. Push the assy through the diff and screw it through the nut. Tighten until you feel resistance. Some might tighten all the way then back off 1/8-1/4 turn.
4. Put on the shim and the bearing onto each diff half.
