I'm not a seasoned pro, but to the best of my knowledge, all discharging, especially when done in series should have a cutoff at 0.9 volts times the number of cells in series. Overdischarging cells can be bad for them. So you need to stop the discharge in series when it hits 3.6 volts. There is no way to judge the time, you have to monitor voltage.

Are you saying your pack fully charged in 15 minutes? Any chance it false peaked?

Standard advice is to discharge the cells at high amperage, 20-30 amps until the pack reaches 3.6 volts, then put the pack on the discharge tray and discharge each cell individually until each cell reaches 0.9 volts. The robitronic is an automatic cutoff tray from the ads. What voltage does it discharge to? If adjustable, set it at 0.9 volts per cell.

Unless you charged it at a very high amperage (not recommended), the pack must not have been discharged before it was recharged. If you charge a 3300 pack at 6 amps, it takes 33 minutes (roughly) to charge it.
