I would say it's easier for people to relate to good racers that are dominant in stock and mix it up in 19T than the superhuman pros that can wheel it in mod. It makes sense, really, isn't like 99% of club racing in stock? No wonder these companies are putting stock guys on the payroll.
Anyway, I meant no disrespect to Jeff or guys like him, I just think it's interesting to see how they compare to the pros when they race on common ground (19T). A few of them are right in the mix, but I definitely get the impression that the guys doing their thing in mod would be at the top in 19T or stock, too, which I personally find to be rather interesting. In some ways, I think 19T is the perfect class, because it brings the fast stock and fast mod guys together in the same arena, and really shows you who's who, so to speak.

And while you're at it, take your avatar and weak jokes back to Internet 1999 where they originated. Ooooh, dunkin' doughnuts parody, next you're going to get a joecartoon.com avatar.
While I generally don't give a sh*t what the R/C community thinks of me, I didn't want to insult someone when it wasn't intended. I have no problem slinging insults when I feel they're warranted, however.

As for track time and scrubbing in tires, these guys are professionals. If they can't adjust to a track quickly enough, maybe they should ask their sponsors to give them a little time off from the big races to concentrate on their lines and adjustment techniques.
