Thumbs up great timing

hey everyone,

i'm going to be racing (stock/19t class) against some really stiff competition next week, up north. can you guys tell me how to torque extra timing into my armature? i'd like as many degrees as possible. please post pics if you can.

thanks alot,

- mr. twister -

ps - i've tried cutting the tab on the endbell, but i always get caught. plus, i still need more timing to keep up.

Mr twister

I would like to encourage yourself and others to twist there motors.....the reason being.... pit spaces are tight and we need to kick a few people out.

I would like to tell these would be twisters you wont get away with it at trackside. There will be gauges in tech to check the timing (and they will be checking)

So the bottom line.....if your motor aint legal dont bring it

see ya soon mr seaball

with love Josh

Hey if you really need to know how to do this, we have a guy at my local track that is a WHIZZ at it! Pm me I can get you his info.

Something about the flywheel of a Fantom dyno and a good tight grip...

He does all the "locals" but it still doesn't help them. Most are still a lap off the pace from the "FEW" of us that are running legal....God thats a good feeling!! LOL

I heard you had this technique down pat at the Champs.... Also heard it was the single bigest adjustment you did to your chassis all weekend there!!

You mean most are still a lap off of Tags.

At least that's what Tag tells me.

LOL. And remember that Monahan and Tags were the ones putting the bed back together. For all I know, that bed is probably still broken.

Tags must have a bed made out of titanium at home.

And Ant, you know too a little too much about cranking a stock motor.

By the way seaball, you are using the wrong glue for putting the tab back on if you are getting caught.
