not everyone can aford new batteries every month or so.The cost of batteries is stupid now a days.Also new batteries are coming out so quick.Coming out with new batteries dosent bother me its just that everyone thinks they have to go out buy all new batteries every time.

I don't know where you have been, batteries are relatively inexpensive today compared to 5, 10 years ago. You need to account for inflation and i'm sure any of the economists out there can do this for us. If you think batteries are expensive don't bother considering the zapper. You will freak out about that also.
