Yokomo MR-4TC SD
All I can say after building the CGM is, why would anybody buy a Tamiya tub? This thing blows my TB-02 out of the water in every way ...

tb-02 159.00, ta04 169.00 cgm 299.00 just sold a tb-01 for 20.00 with alum bits and long arm kit. the tamiyas listed are entry level kits, and work as designed. thats why the evo 4 and 415 are close to 400.00
Look at my signature ... I love Tamiya stuff, it's what I grew up on. But they could learn a thing or two from Yokomo about how to make a tub. Even my MR4-TC drift kit chassis is much stronger than my TB-02.

Look like Speedmind rims ... that's one of the older MR4 belt drive cars.

by looking at the motor mount through the rear side window i would say it was cgm, also the steering link coming off of the servo mounted on the left side not right. and i think those are yok rims

It looks like a CGM to me also, in fact I know it's not the older MR4TC since the motor is in the shaft drive position.
