Wheelbase question.
Ok I know a shorter wheelbase will allow the car to turn tighter but what are the advantages/disadvantages to altering the wheelbase at the front versus changing it at the the back?
I know I've read it somewhere on here before but I can't find it.
Thanks in advance.

Front- Further to the back increases steering ( more front grip)
Rear- Further to the back increases on power steering( less rear grip)
Visa versa.

Camber link on C hub
Hi,
I'm running the new Rayspeed shock towers front and rear. On the front i have changed over the camber link position so it sits where the king pin used to be by using ball stud ZS-007F on the C hub. What I have heard is that when running this setup I need to change the king pin collar position, by removing the top one and move the bottom one so it sits in side the C hub and use the top hole where the C hub and wishbone are connected.
Does anyone know if this is right or can you use the original configuration and just change the king pin to the ball stud
Thanks

I have the blue RS bladder in my cgm right now, but my wife bought me a new cgm that I have been putting together for two weeks now( buying parts from speedtech, and soaking bearings, and so on). Will the stock bladder react about the same or do I need to pull the blues out of my old car. My car was hooked before I stopped racing with it. Also what the diff between the yellow, blue, and white. I have a set of yellow, and white. Im running on a high bite concrete track. Thanks
PS I cant go any further in the building process untill I get this figured out

You can do what Matt Howard suggested, making a spool out of the stock diff. Its in a couple of pages back.

I also looked on Speedtech racing; the spool is out of stock. So when do you think yokomo will come out with a new car? I know they just released the SDW; however it was only manufactured in limited quantities.

Chris, I see you've added your two cents. We'll see just how fast your x-ray is in three weeks.
