Default rayspeed chassis

Hey guys, if you take a close look at the underside of the rayspeed chassis, youll note something interesting. Perhaps no center brace? what I would like to know is why.

Hi Guys YES I also took the center brace out of my Yok,I race on medium grip tarmac at night on foams.(42 front 40 rears)I find that I get a little more flex which gives more traction, especially mid corner.

what most people are finding is that the center brace really isn't needed when running on asphalt.

I realy want to try my Yok without the center brace, but I am not sure if the chasis can stand on strong impact without the center brace......I normally run my Yok on asphalt track with a lot of traffic. Regard.

Hi guys. Greetings from Malta.

I have removed the centre brace on both my SDs. You don't need that sort of rigidity on asphalt.

So have Adam Rogers and Chris Grainger who are the two quickest Yoke SD drivers in UK.

Regards

Joe from sunny Malta.

I raced with my SD yesterday and I was very happy with the setup of the car. Very easy and smooth to drive. The only thing
I couldnīt get rid of was some mid-turn understeer.
Turn-in and corner exit were quite perfect.

Drove the car with 2 diffs. no swaybars. rear:green springs
front: yellow, 40wt f+r, 3 degree rear toe-in.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
IH
experienced the same thing before, fixed by putting gold sway bar in the front and a softer one at the rear.
Front 45wt, rear 40wt, stock spring.
Hope it help.

Will they still also sell the chassis only or they will just sell a kit
(perhaps $333,33 is the price of the chassis )
