Default Hooking up FET servo....

Hi guys,

I'll be getting a KO PDS2123 servo to put in my XXX-S, and I want to take advantage of that little 7.2 boost. The servo has the extra blue wire coming out of it, where you would plug it into an ESC with the appropriate connector. However, I have a Novak Cyclone C2, and it has no such blue wire. The C2 manual says this can be done, but isn't very clear on how to do so. Anyone have some advice tidbits or a little diagram they could draw up? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

the 2123 just wants a 7.2 volt source, you can hook it up to any of the positive battery leads in basicly any way you want.. just put that green resistor that comes with the servo on that lead otherwise when your batteries are peaked at 9+ volts your servo will eventually fail.

You'll notice you got a small pigtail to mate to the blue wire coming out of the servo. Just solder that small pigtail to the red battery post on your C2. Then solder the red wire back to the post holding it so it will hold the small blue wire in place as you solder. Your other choice is to pick up the red wire going to the cap. You could make a small splice and it would be almost unnoticeable.
