Just finished my PHI and had a quick question. Are you guys filing down the steering blocks to get more throw? I built the car up for rubber (3 deg. castor blocks, aluminum steering blocks) and the car doesn't have a whole lot of steering travel before the steering blocks hit the castor blocks.

Your just a dumb ASS!!! LOL I said the same thing when I built it for the first time. That's just how it is. See ya at the track maybe saturday. Someone at snowbirds said quote" Robbie's a hack" Just think it was pretty funny. Just tryimg to bring back memory's for from IIC.
It's IFMAR qualifying at the snowbirds right now, if Robbie is taking someone out, then someone should have either gone faster or gotten out of the way.

seems like many people are having problems with the phi diffs, same story at my home track. just wondering if corally plans on fixing the problem and updateing the kits. the price of the phi kits are pretty expensive which is fine but paying that much for a kit i feel you shouldnt have diffs issues this bad. car that costs this much i feel the only issue, should be finding a set-up you like. would be nice if this issue was fixed and updated in the kit. does anyone know if corally is going to fix this problem.

I would expect them to find a solution and update the kit. Corally has always been great about that. My front diff just started feeling gritty yesterday (after 10 days of running) so I bought a new thrust bearing set. It did fix the problem but the old one didn't look bad. I'm going to clean it and keep it as a backup. I've got the 1/4 by 3/8 flanged bearings on order as well.

They're exploring several solutions.
Nothing definite yet though.
