i have had my diffs built with a 12th scale rear axle shim and then a thrust washer for a spacer.everything fits perfect and works great.i dont think theres room to use the bmi spacer.dont worry about the 12th scale axle shim hanging up or catching on the threads because is spins with the diff half with the threads against the flanged bearing.

Dave the PHI thrust beraing are.....
washers.
6.3mmx10.20mm x.5mm...ish.
or .250x.420x
we are looking for the washers.....
it's not a problem with the thrust bearings/carbide or cage. it's just that we need new washers. the others when running mod just get scared up real quick

yes they do fit...... many of us are running the old diff's....
On the new diff's we have been having better luck using a drop of CA glue to lock the diff nut and keep it from backing off. but the thrust bearing just go to S#@t and get all scared up. Then they are just crunchy and feel like hell. (at least running mod they do... I would think stock and or 19T is not as bad......

With lipos being legal for ROAR racing and all these companies coming out with lipo batteries that don't fit in the PHI, what is Corally going to do? Seems the only battery that really fits in the PHI is the 3200/3600 Orion pack. Is that correct?

The Orian 3600 fits very nicely into my Phi. Just dremel away one insert on the under side of the top deck.

5000mah Capacity
7.4 Volts
45mm X 138mm X 18mm (so 46x139x19 with hardcase)
225 grams
I may pick one of these up to try it. If I do I will post here.

We are switching to the Max amps for more run time. It fits much better than the Orion 3200/3600. Max amp also has a cell equalizer where Orion just can not seem to put one together. I know cause I had one on order from them for a couple months. They claim they are not releasing it yet.
