Tire Arbor/Truer?????
 

is this an essential piece of equipment to buy before i start carpet racing/?/???? pretty sure ive got everyhting else and im ready to get started

Not essential. Especially if you have a buddy at the track that will true a couple tires for you every once in a while.

The track I plan on going to later has tire tuers for you to use. :p
