Default New GP Cells, anyone using them?

I've been looking around to see if anyone is matching the new GP cells, but I haven't had a lot of luck. Most seem to be matching the new 4200 wc cell. Are the GP cells no good or ?

I think GP seem to be out now. The only people matching GP's are people like peak who distribute them to shops. It seems IB is all everyone matches now which is a shame as the GPs were usually a tad cheaper and they look nice, never used any IBs though so dont know whether theyre much better cells, Ive only ever ran GP3300's

IB cells are a lot cheaper the GP and they perform way better on the track, thats why a lot of matcher stick with IB cells.

IB cells have more voltage than GPs but they're also difficult to maintain.

I miss having the ease in maintenance with the GPs, they were much more durable.

IB's are a pain. My dad and my g/f race along with me for a total of 5 classes. It's a lot of work staying on top of them and putting some time into them to store them till the following week. Thats why I was looking for some information on the GPs

What type of racing are you doing ? If your not using up all the capacity that is inside your IB cells then just take them out of the car after your last race and leave them alone until your next race. When you arrive at the track dicharge your pack down to .90 per cell and it will be ready to be charged back up. That is easy and works well.

Forgot to mention that the newer GP cells like the 3700 and 4300s have less performance than IB cells but they need to be treated the same as they aren't built like the 3300s.

You people want your cake and eat it too. You want the high numbers, best performance cells, but want them to last 2 years with no maintenance. Well IB batteries has responded to the demand for a awesome cell. Sure they do not last as long, some vent and need to be replaced. You have to sacrafice something if you want the performance.
