New GP Cells, anyone using them?
I've been looking around to see if anyone is matching the new GP cells, but I haven't had a lot of luck. Most seem to be matching the new 4200 wc cell. Are the GP cells no good or ?

I think GP seem to be out now. The only people matching GP's are people like peak who distribute them to shops. It seems IB is all everyone matches now which is a shame as the GPs were usually a tad cheaper and they look nice, never used any IBs though so dont know whether theyre much better cells, Ive only ever ran GP3300's

IB cells are a lot cheaper the GP and they perform way better on the track, thats why a lot of matcher stick with IB cells.

IB's are a pain. My dad and my g/f race along with me for a total of 5 classes. It's a lot of work staying on top of them and putting some time into them to store them till the following week. Thats why I was looking for some information on the GPs

What type of racing are you doing ? If your not using up all the capacity that is inside your IB cells then just take them out of the car after your last race and leave them alone until your next race. When you arrive at the track dicharge your pack down to .90 per cell and it will be ready to be charged back up. That is easy and works well.
