I ran my T4 last winter on carpet this is what i used
Red spring in front
Gold front spring in rear
80wt oil front and rear
about 3/4" limiters in the shocks(fuel line)-my truck was Slammed!
otherwise i left everything else the way i ran it on dirt or the factory setup would work
and of course Foams i used TRCs dont rememeber what color
The margin of error is alot bigger with a stadium truck than a car
hope this helps a little otherwise just experiment for what works for you
