schurcr - i understand. I totally over looked the hand out motors. This is a huge expense that needs to be ordered in proper quantities as not to set yourself too far back "in the hole".
would be nice if the handout supplier would deal with the race organizer's on a consignment basis. That way there would always be enough motors, yet extra's could be sent back for credit. Or, if not consignment, at least credit for untouched trays of motors that are returned after the event. Seems like it would take a huge burden off the host track.
Happy B-Day Josh!
only 5 months behind you. why is it that as i get older, ages ending with 0's are so much scarier than the rest?

The added benefit of the online signup with the ability to prepurchase motors and tires was that we had a pretty good count of what everyone was going to use tire and motor wise before the event and were able to assemble handout bags to hand out at the race i.e. when you checked in we handed you all the motors & tires allready marked and assigned to you that came with your entry and that you prepurchased.

Here is a list of who is signed up so far, this event will surely be a sell out, so I would suggest signing up sooner than later!

any follow up on this would be greatly appreciated.
