schurcr - i understand. I totally over looked the hand out motors. This is a huge expense that needs to be ordered in proper quantities as not to set yourself too far back "in the hole".

would be nice if the handout supplier would deal with the race organizer's on a consignment basis. That way there would always be enough motors, yet extra's could be sent back for credit. Or, if not consignment, at least credit for untouched trays of motors that are returned after the event. Seems like it would take a huge burden off the host track.

Happy B-Day Josh!

only 5 months behind you. why is it that as i get older, ages ending with 0's are so much scarier than the rest?

At our paved nats we were able to return any untouched motors, but we still had to pay for ALL the motors originally ordered up front ...it helped out tremendously having online signups (you could use CC or paypal online) with motor and tire prepurchases as that helped with the cash flow and knowing what quantities to order ahead of time (not to mention cash flow for the track work we did -- redoing benches, new shade structures, repaving, repainting, new scorint software, etc, etc).

The added benefit of the online signup with the ability to prepurchase motors and tires was that we had a pretty good count of what everyone was going to use tire and motor wise before the event and were able to assemble handout bags to hand out at the race i.e. when you checked in we handed you all the motors & tires allready marked and assigned to you that came with your entry and that you prepurchased.

Here is a list of who is signed up so far, this event will surely be a sell out, so I would suggest signing up sooner than later!

I would like to know how current that list is?
I mailed my registration off 1 week before Louis Vanderwey, with money order, but do not see my name.
I signed up for stock and 19t touring.

any follow up on this would be greatly appreciated.

Is it official that the regionals will be a week before the nats. Is there an entry form for this race.

You know it is about time that Stock should not have some of the highly sponsored drivers.

4 cell tc will be nice to get those drivers out of a class they should not be in.

I just got a phone call from the ROAR administrator telling me that my money had arrived late last night.
From what I have heard from numerous people is that the mail is taking quite a few weeks to arrive, maybe some sort of problem with the local mail carrier.
