A-Tech tc (atx?) = AE tc4?

saw a a tech tourning car looked like a ae tc4 is this some kinda of knock off? anyone try one? it was way cheap

From waht I know, it is a car that Schumacher USA imports and distributes here. I think it may be a division of Schumacher. It is suppose to be a beginner/entry level car. That's about all I know.
