Good job to my man Tom for winning 12th stock......He puts a lot of time in and he deserves it.....Nothing I like more then a relative underdog putting it to all the sandbaggers (aka factory stockers)

You mean lifetime, sponsored stockers. Why test yourself when doing well and move up, when you can sandbag and try to steel another win?

This was my first attendence at a big race and I'm hooked! Other than one 1/8th scale off road race, and 2 practice sessions onroad 5 years ago...this was my first time racing onroad. I went out and bought almost everything just so I could go to this race and maintain my car.

I was happy to even finish a 5 minute heat with my car in one piece, so I was extremely happy to place 3rd in the D-main of stock touring rubber! I hope to be a LOT better by next year.

I got to meet, pit, and make good friends with the Munno family who I had only chatted with online and on the phone a couple of times previous to the race.

As a fellow painter I got the pleasure of meeting Roly, Mr. McGoo, Lynn and a couple others, (not good with remembering names). It's always nice to put names with faces. I entered a body by Javier Body Works (sneezer) that was done for me as in an exchange over on CFX Paintworks that took 3rd place in the concourse. Great job Javier!

So I literally had a crash course in rc racing, made some good friends, spend way too much money, and had a hell of a great time!!!!!! Thank you again!

I took pics of almost all the concourse cars. There were some that were placed on the table after I took the pics though. I'll post them up later and I'm pretty sure I can pick out all 6 that were on the winning table.

I forgot the categories, but there were basically 2 first place, 2 second, and 2 3rd's. I think the top two were "best design" and "most authentic" or something similar to that.

Thumbs up 2nd place concourse!

I would like to let everyone know that my truck body (Windtunnel) painted by Smokin' Joe Landry at Insideoutcolors.com won 2nd place in the concourse event. Pics are below!

If the judging would have been up to the Hollie and Jessica, I would have gotten first place!!

Next year for sure!!

Good Job Joe!!!

Check out Joe's website for a look at other bodies he has painted for me and others! A real class act and a wonderful talent!!

Awesome Snowbirds this year and hot Trophy Chicks as always!!

Congrats to all the winners especially Moffre in the 6 cell truck class! Smoked me and everybody else!!
