Stock Demon Motors- GOING 36,000RPM
i brought STOCK motor off the demonpowerproducts.com website, and i tried it on my CS POWERCHECK dyno, and the motor come up with 36000rpm!!
is this possible because i thought the 30,000 and 40,000 rpm range was for the 19t turn motors. what do you guys think? |
at what voltage was this reading taken?
7v, like a normal 6 cell pack
First of all, a normal battery pack is 7.2V. Secondly, tbh there's nowt special about 36,000 rpm.
yeah that seems about right i've got a monster stock 40,075rpm @7v
i thought 40,000 rpm was for the 19t motors
19T motors have more torque and much less RPM. That's why you gear them much higher than a 27T motor. It often happens that 19Ts have less rpm than a 27T.
anyway pro4 what monster stock motor are you using that goes 40,000rpm?
ali why are 19 turn motor faster than that stock motors
M8!!!!!!
Because 19Ts have so much more torque, you can gear then very high, hence a lot of top speed and more punch out of and through corners (more than stock of course!) And just for the record, I've had Monsters at 45,000rpm @ 7.2V, and ROARs at 49,000 @ the same voltage ;) |
which make of motor was the roar?
eXpress motorsports, monster was team scream, check my signature ;)
i've got a putnam monster stock 40000+ rpm @7v and a putnum roar 44000+ rmp :flaming:
how do tuners get there rpms so high, i just brought a team scream roar that does 30,000 rpm. and you brought a putnam that does 45,000rpm.
