Yup, I got mine from spare body molding, or just a piece of plastic from either a pop bottle, or anything packaged with thick plastic (like those clamshell-sealed-types-that-you-have-to-annihilate-in-order-to-open kinds)
Thankfully mine actually has an open screw hole on the top of the motor mount, works like a charm as a mount. Just needed to make sure it's far enough from the can's magnetic field... it's just held on to 2 of the screws, and the mounting hole is coated with Goop to prevent sliding around. It's directed right above the can holes..

James, one thing that someone mentioned to me which rang true. With fans over the can, its better to suck the air than push more on it due to the arm rotating. With all the turbulent air from the arm, its easier to suck out the hot air, than push cooler air in. Seems to work. I use two fans, one that sucks out of the can, and one that blows into the positive side of the endbell. Ive been using my motors hard and they havent over heated.
