the 4-tec
is it good, is it bad? if there were 2 drivers of the same skill one had a tec one had a tc4, who would win and why?

The TC4 would win due to the ability to have more adjustments to setup the cars handling for a specific track. The 4-tec does not and weighs more than the TC4 which inturn would make it slower than the TC4. I have had the TC3 and the 4-tec, both good cars, but the TC3 was more nimble than the 4-tes. The 4-tec acutually can handle a harder hit than the TC3 or TC4.

The 4Tec......oh you must mean the HPI RS4 Pro copy. Yeah get the TC4 if that's what your budget covers.
