I'm running 3mm on my car with Parma's. I'm still not over max width. Mainly I keep the spacing wider because it actually changes the pivot points of the suspension arms. When they are put further apart from the centerline of the chassis the car creates a little less overall traction, and it helps tone th ecar down and not make it so edgy in really high traction conditions. It also keeps the car flatter in the corner. If you are still wanting to maintain a similar with I would actually get the narrower hex adapters to make parma's have a similar width to jaco's and just shim from the suspension arm.

1. I understand the edge of the chassis needs to be sealed w/ CA. How do you do this without runoff onto the top or bottom of the chassis? Very carefully is not the answer I am looking for. Is there a method to it?
2. Just received the kit and noticed the bulkheads are already attached, but there are 3 screws missing on the rear bulkheads and 2 on the front. Is this something I will insert later on or were they left out by mistake.

to all prepping a chassis: at Walmart they sell Super Glue Loctite with an Easy Brush applicator it is like a plastic bottle of nail polish. the bottle is about 3" tall and clear plastic and the cover is black and has wing tips for easy opening. it has a brush applicator just like womens nail polish, this way there is no mess. just dip the brush and slide it against the inside of the bottle to get the excess off then slide it along the side of the chassis. it can even be used to seal the screw holes as directed in the manual. once you use this you'll never use anything else.

hey its was the second week running my 007 and the i got it dialed i used the set up on xrays web site, i run on ozite and ran browns in the rear, and double pinks in the front 26mm wide. and changed the rear roll center. team losi 70wt in the front all four holes open in the pistons, and xray 30wt in the rear all holes open the car was on rails i never thought something could rotate quicker than my fully pimped out RDX i had. i rolled the dice and gambled when i switched but i think it paid off. the diffs are still super smooth and the car is holding up very well after two sundays of racing. last sunday took TQ and won the A main by 6 seconds,,, thank you xray.
