Make sure you have the pivot ball facing the correct way in the mount. I can't recall exactly but the bottom pivot ball should be inserted towards the shiny side or vice versa. The instruction manual should detail which way the pivot balls fit in the mount. I know it's different for the top and bottom shock mounts.

If I run full throw on the track I race on, my car is about 3/4 sec per lap slower (on a big track)as its scrubbing speed badley. Also use more ackermann to help the problem as well, as when the weight transfer occurs the outer wheel will take over which has less angle

They seem a little softer initially than a 15 and 20 pound spring, but as they compress they feel pretty close to the 15 and 20's on the track.

the front are 20lb progressive springs, and rear are regular 15lbs.

Hey Heavy,
I have only ever used kevlar belts on my cars, the front belt on my 007 is it's first even after so many months of mod racing (snapped a rear one at logan), so they do last a while.

Default shocks

They look nice but does anybody know if will they fit on the new 008?
I heard the 008 shocks were shorter but not 100% sure
