I wanted to publicly thank Team Magic and HRP dist. for helping me get a brand new F8 bag. I bought the new F8 bag about a month ago and the shoulder strap ripped off of it within a week. My LHS told me that I had to contact Team Magic directly to get the bag replaced. Reluctantly, I did so and within a week they had responded to me via email and told me to contact HRP Dist to work out a replacement. After a few emails and phone calls, I came home today and found a nice F8 box sitting on my porch!
