The Xenon rims are great (from my experience), because they're:
2. very stiff (precise and wobble free)
3. can buy them in bulk packs (48 rims = less than $40 USD)
The are NOT nylon based and will be destroyed by acetone. But seeing as they are less than a $1 per rim, you can't really go wrong. I cannot tell you how they perform agaist the Schuie revlite rims, but from what I have seen, the Schuie rims are made of a nylon material and therefore will be acetone safe (re-useable) and being made of nylon, they do flex a bit more.
More flex = more forgiving handling, more grip (in most situations)
Less flex = more precise handling characteristics, also cracks more easily (if involved an accident)
You're best bet is to try both and see what you like personally. Heavy from Action RC sells the revlite and proline rims, not sure where to get the Xenon rims in Australia though. Having said all this, the rim for the upcoming nationals will be the Proline rim (Heavy sells them for $12AUD for a 4 pack).
My 2 cents worth.
