What diameter are you guys cutting the tires to initially for 1/10 and 1/12?
Thx.

I cut my 10th scale down to 60mm, and use them for practice and start racing them at 59mm
I am not too sure on 1/12...

That was what we arrived at last race too - seems like 60mm was a good starting point. The tires don't wear as fast as I am used to foams wearing down though. It was a pleasant surprise.
I was checking them every heat prepared to adjust gearing, but there wasn't that much change. Seemed like I just had to skim them from time to time to even them up a bit, and that was about it for the weekend.

Sorry guy's.
The thread says GQ products, so I thought I'd post here.
I googled GQ rc tech and it led me here.
I'v noticed most posts are refering to GQ tires.
Again sorry for going of topic.
I'm actually wanting to get some GQ .21 exhaust gaskets.
Can some one provide links to any store any where that they know for sure stocks these.
Please PM me if not wanting to post nitro gear link in an electric section.
Thanks in advance.
Flanno.
