I got mine from Billy, not sure if he has any in stock right now. I think it's worth it, it's amazing how "far off" I was with measurements (using RPM type gauges) before I got this.

Is it worth it? I think any serious racer (or serious racer to be) would say yes. The way it is designed, really makes checking and setting up your car a breeze and with a high degree of accuracy.

My car goes on the station after every driving session. I make notes of the changes and their effects. And unless you are super racer man, your car is going to have at least one shunt and that will likely knock some settings off the mark.

And their setup manual is superb.

BTW, I have a setup sheets templates on my website at the top of this page:
For my Spektrum DX3 and my TB-02 chassis.

Will this setup station or any setup station make a different to a car for race? Cause I don't see any photos of the pros using it on a raceday.

well, i "settled" for the Exclusive set-up system rather than the ultimate setup and i'm extremely happy with it. it is very precise and easy to read - a huge improvement over the plastic hudy setup i had been using before.

to answer your question, if you want to be competitive and make precise changes to your setup, any type of setup system is a must

I have both the Hudy "Ultimate" and the Integy 2 (the more expensive one). They each have strengths over the other. For the money (like less than half) I'd buy the Integy. It has a caster indicator so you're not trying to hold a straight edge up and guess what it shows (though the Integy caster guage IS an elaborate straight edge, at least it's centered on the wheel). The Integy set also has a leveling set-up board.

The Hudy has four full guages though, where the Integy you're setting one end and then swapping the guages for the set-up wheels which is kind of a pain because you're installing everything twice a session instead of once.

fwiw,

Scottrik

Hudy Exclusive or Proffesional ( complete system in 1 suitcase ) is the must for proper car setting.

Team Magic recently releases it's own setup system. Looks like Hudy.
