Hey Guys,
I am a total newbie to this car. Here is my dilemma, I have the following electronics to install.
NOVAK GTB, 10.5 motor
transponder
specktrum dsm2 rec
transponder
orion platinum 2 lipo.
I am waiting on my hobby store to get the new losi lipo battery holder. I am not sure where to mount my receiver and speed control. I am not sure how comfortable I am using the mounting points the manual shows since the speed control has a fan, I wanted it a bit more connected. Could some of you post up some pics or linkify me to some routing configurations. I want a clean look. WIth proper weight balance.
Thanks
Adam

Running the links closer to the inside on the rack will make the car have more high speed steering, but less low speed in most cases.

Honestly the setup i have been using since Vegas works well in high or low bite, and with most tires, id give that a whirl, it will be close enough to make a few small changes to suite your preference.

What spur gears are you guys using besides Losi for 10.5/13.5? I'd like to try something besides Kimbrough Spur gears...PRS are great, but I like to use 48P for outdoor asphalt, since 64P tend to strip and end races early.
Any 48P Spur Gears besides Kimbrough that work with the PRS Adapter? Robinson, PRS, RW, Xray?
Xray spur gears seem like they might work...anyone try them?

Is the 4* caster before the anti-dive is applied? Or do you have 6* C hubs, then a .030 shim?
Thanks

I have 4 degree blocks on the car, and then the shim, so total i guess is around 3 degree.
Yohan the xray spurs will bolt up fine, i usually use rw gears, i think they made 48p at one point as one of the guys up here always runs them.
