I really like these as far as design goes. I mean the battery motor and servo are all lined up this seems to be a very good setup.

I wish others would mimic or try to reproduce this setup, I have the TA06 which is nice but I like this better myself.

Just downloaded the manual to check out the setup of this vehicle.

BRING IT BACK!

+1. If I had a local touring track to run the ones I have on, I would keep.

Hey guys, a friend is running his JRXS Type-R, and we're looking if someone still makes a spur adaptor for standard spurs, or if they have suggestions to bring the gearing down to 4.0 FDR?

PRS I believe are the two adapters I have on the JRX-S's I have. man I wish I had something local for touring here, love the concept of these and would keep if I did.

Check out post 12709 in this thread. This mod will allow you to use Kimbrough spur gears (maybe others) with pretty much any FDR you want as long as you have the proper pinion. As far as I know you can still find the parts to do this mod.

I would recommend shorty packs. Then you can mount your ESC behind the battery on the tray, super short wiring job!

I tried to find a FF layshaft, but failed years ago.

I got lucky that I bought a used car and it had the flying fox lay shaft. it works great for easy spur gear change. and I am running a 112 Kimbrough spur for vta. and I am very very lucky to find a steel lipo tray. that is hard to find at lest I think

Where in Eau Claire Wisconsin are you racing? I have family that lives there, I know about the outdoor offroad park, but didn't know about a facility where you can run indoors?
