i think it's awesome that the car will be well suited for rubber or foam tires. it seems a bit rediculous that when other cars cost $400, they're so highly specialized they only work on one surface.

Will the tray fit the larger 4200 cells? I know when I had my JRXS. Fitting the 3800 was such a squeeze.

One way for rubber, ball diff for FOAMS, that's it. Nearly no one uses foam over here, so we don't use ball diffs anymore since either a one way or a spool is faster in any case.

The 4200 cells even fit with heatshrink on them

I will be there along with Jr. and his son. I talked to Fred Hubbard tonight at Socal and he will be there. Unfortunately Barry is not coming. Oh well his lost. Who else is racing mod? What tires work there?

I knew Barry didn't want any part of this...

RP30's seem to be pretty dialed the last time we ran there. I don't expect it to get hot enough to need 36's so 30's all day and evening. 3 rounds on Saturday starting at 2pm so bring a jacket and a light for your pit table. I know Mo and myself will be running mod and I think Dominic F. and E.J. and a couple of other locals. Should be a decent class.
