I have to say I'm really looking forward to seeing this car based on what's been said about it so far (darn Team Drivers torturing us with advanced info and no pics ).

With regards to the frivolous details of the car, I'd like to put my vote in for the car to be black anodized or Losi's trademark gunmetal "hard anodized" look. I'd love to see it red anodized, but I' doubt that will happen.

A little more important, I'd like to see the battery connections be easily accessible without using bizarre methods. It seems like the rearmost battery is currently right in line with the center bulkheads on the prototypes, and people are using long, z-bend battery bars going through the bulkhead openings or around it. Just seems like storing packs with funky huge battery connections would be a pain.

Not that any of these things would likely stop me from buying the car.

I'm gonna ditto Chuck's opinion, here. Hard anodized or red would be brilliant.

Can't wait to get my hands on one... though, if I had one, I'd have no place to race it.

I'm just curious about something.

How many of you guys running the front motor car are still running the same car you purchased last year??? I'm just trying to see if I'm the lone freak!!

I sold my first car, but still have my other old one, and i put another one together last last carpet season.

Seems that age don't matter much with this car as long as you keep the play down and throw new arms/hubs on every once in a while.

Other than a few hubs and castor block for wear, I have really only had to replace bearings here and there. I have been VERY impressed with how this car has held up over the past year and a half. Thanks

pooky I'm with you, same car from the day they released it. and amazingly I'm on my original chassis still. bearings are holding up great

Randy thanks for the info

I'm with everyone.

no body
no rims
no tires if it drops the price great.

It would be great if a front one-way was included along with the spool rings.

a prs style spur gear adapter would also be nice, but I think losi likes people using there gears

I'll take mine anodized "hodge" green.

Thank you

How about a BK shock hole in front of the rear arms, ala "Keith Ballanti". It will probably work on some tracks.

Pookyt, I have my original car but don't run it much anymore do to a car I purchased last year before IIC. I was planning in a stock and 19t cars not knowing if something would change setup wise between the two, but nuthin did. I have been running nothing but 19t this season so the stock car has come out of the box maybe twice but I still have it!!

Thats a terrific idea!!!!!! BK hole in the back and a KB hole in the front!!!

Todd--See if you can make this happen. I really liked the KB reverse tower thing when I ran it on the rug. Of course our carpet track is tiny and has several sharp turns.

If it makes a diff., I would vote for green aluminum parts too!!

Yeti--2 weeks ago in our 2 day big club race I ran mod and 19 turn with my car. Once I dialed in enough steering for my mod motor, the car was even faster in 19 with the same set-up. Bring both car with you to Vegas!!! We may need the parts by the time I finish my practice runs!!! LMAO
