For rear toe i pretty much always use 3 for rubber, and 2 for foam. With regards to altering the rubber car, usually just changing front drive (1-way or spool), front hex, the ackerman hole on the steering rack, or the number of shims on the rear camber link is all it takes to make the car work on whatever track i've run at.

Depending on the size pinion you will be running, i would say between 100 and 104.

You will not be able to mesh any pinion with that to get the ratios you will be after, MAYBE you could get away with a 96 when using foam tires, but that would be pushing it.

Do you not want to buy pinions? for foam 13.5 you'd only need high 40s with a 108 spur.

I run a 78 / 37 with my 17.5 works well and is competitive on the track I run at.

I have 3 sets for my losi cars and i second what Alex said, they are also very inexpensive. The guy at speedzone is a good guy and will help you if you have issues.

My drive train is extremely free, they've lasted and it shaved quite a few grams from total weight.

One and only downside: he doesn't have a kit for my son's tc4 or the xray m18 yet .

Can anyone tell me if this lipo fits the Type R without modification. It is my first lipo battery purchase.

If you can find the measurements for it and a 3600 you may be able to tell from that. If it is as wide as a 3600, you will have to mod the car to make fit.
