Hey guys, just looking for some info on lipo fit in the JRXS-R.
What lipos have you all found to fit? Obviously the orion and trakpower (socket style connectors) work well, but what about the SMC and Reedy?

Thanks

These adapters are back in stock at PRS...well silver ones are. They do work well for the ratios the B/L folks like myself need.

i just rebuilt my diff for the first time since i got the car, which was about a year ago . it was decent up until the last time i raced when it went to crap pretty fast.

all i could scrounge up from the shop closest to my house was the steel diff balls and the plastic cage thrust bearing. lets see how long it lasts i'm hoping 2 race days.

Is it true that the thrust bearings from the Corally Phi or Xray T2 work better than the stock Type R thrust bearing?

Making sure. I will be ordering this car from Billy out at Speedworld soon. Got to support the LHS and I do want to order a few extra good parts to put this together right the first time. Has anyone on here had any personal experience with the Speedpassion ESC's.

Does it matter where they come from? Most cars use the same size thrust. 3X8, and axiom is the best place to get them for the cost. At his price a racer can afford to replace them once in awhile.

Thumbs up

Thanks B-Master for the info. I've been on this forum doing research I guess you could call it for a while about this car. I have a TT-01 right now, my first car and I need to get out to the track to get my driving skills up because they really suck right now, but between school, working part time, and trying to buy a house, there is no time for fun. I have been building my knowledge through this forum and others as well as buying better equipment like chargers and tools. I just picked up a brand new Team Magic Hauler bag that I wanted for 90 sweet deal when there going for at least 200. I am trying to hold out to buy this car so I actually have time to work on it but that won't happen until we move into our new house. I might suck it up and just get it so its here lol. Again thanks for all your insight and information. This forum has been a great help.

For whatever reason this car can be had used in good condition for around the 200$ mark w/ parts I have two (w/ parts) and i paid less than what a new kit costs. Hunt the rctech forsale and ebay i think there is a type r on ebay now w/ no reserve starting at .99.
