how much room is left to gear up/down? eg, can you put on a 45t or a 40t?

Not any standard spur. The gear adpater's pattern for spurs only allow kimbrough and PRS. I haven't been able to get anything else to fit. So no RW's or Xenon.

RW works if you ream out the holes a little bit. as long as the center diameter matches the adapter, it can be made to work.

smojoe, with the 114t, there's room to go larger or smaller than the 42t pinion. the motor screws are pretty close to the middle of the slots.

their gears are too soft IMO so I never even though of trying them out. I always ran PRS gears when I ran Xray.

That's cause Chadwick's the man and he has mad skillz

Mr. Schuur how is it possible that Sean's boy has no sponsorship

By the way Chad you gotta tell Sean to stop calling you his boy has all sorts of mad innuendos, I think its impeding your commercial prospects
