i use a xxx4 slipper cluth wrench with one of the sides cut off.

or one of the small allen wrenches that came with the kit, that's about all they're good for.

Will it run on the same side? I though the belt were fliped.

I like having 2 oneway on my T2.

I'm currently building a one-way/multidiff out of my Xray diff... Will post pic once completed

You could use that center oneway, but it would make the rear of the car freewheel, not the front. It was made to swap out on the spur side of the shaft and that did not change on the new car. So in theory it would fit, just would not be for the right end of the car.

The center one way will fit on the opposite side. You have to reverse it so the plastic side is to the outside of the layshaft. Now in theory this will work. In a practical situation the pulley will come loose from the shaft and leave you with bearings on the track and a rear wheel drive car for about two laps until you hit a wall and break an arm. I had a friend try and take the rabbit bearing out of the pulley to put it back in the other way and he had no success (it's a pretty tight fit). But that is the only way you can get that center one way to work in a five minute race, unless losi releases the kit soon.
Peace,
C

Ya, like Marcos said, I wouldn't go any lower than 5.5. The gearing we nomrally run at our medium sized track with sweeping corners is 128/42, which is 5.57.

I never actually ran the car "out of the box" at Horsham. The first thing I did was remove the JR Link and put the normal camber link on. I also changed the rear pivot from a 2 degree to a 1 degree to get 2 degrees total toe.

Other than that, the car was stock. It definitely worked good the couple times I got to run it there. Still have a lot more to try. Waiting patiently to get back to carpet.
