you should be fine with the stock box set up,i made some changes and i got it better now , unless you are runing at the tamiya track( which that was the last race) i wouldnt worry about using that set up

You said that the Type R carried more corner speed than the MI3, right? I'd really appreciate any input you can give me on this, cause i'm about to get a Type R...I just hope the new arms are out. I hope that I when I order the new kit they already come with the new arms...

yes the car does have more corner speed (in my opinion) when you get the car just get the old JRXS hard plastic bumper and mount it it will keep your front arms same, the new arsm are already out i got some coming from Losipartshouse.com, but with the extra bumper i havent broken any front arms!! (knock on wood)

you also might want to do this mod if you are going to use the "jr"links in the front it will make the front camber adjustment alot easier

MJ- thanks for the advice. Those are some really good, and pretty innexpensive mods. Bad luck for me though....no Type R's for sale now on RC TECH....it seems everyone likes them a lot. Checked with stormer and fasttrack, but they are now seling for $439!!! Someone has to have them cheaper, I hope...

Hey MarcosJ, are you using a stock length turnbuckle for that JR link mod? I really dislike the stock set up, but want to keep the link in place. This makes sooo much more sense. That link was the only thing that bugged me about the car.

im using the rear turnbuckles since im running a longer camber link in the rear, but in the fron you will have to cut about 4mm of the ball cup to get the rear turnbuckle to work, you will have plenty of camber adjustment
