Thanks David!!! I will get in touch with him or get Toastie to get it for me. All though......Maybe he should post it here and on JRXS.com for all to see. Thanks again for the heads up.

No roll center shims from what I was told. Just putting standard washers and shims under them.

Looked like Josh H also has his car working well in the last round that I saw in spec. Would have been TQ for the round except for a bad lap in the middle of the run. Not bad for a off-road/carpet muncher.

Luck pays such a big part in the big races and the more drivers you stack in a class, the better your odds are. Also makes working on set-ups a lot easier with 10 people working on it rather 4. Good job to all drivers at RROC and to Jason for making the main. The R will win some big races, just need to have lady luck on our side for once.

The car was great...every bit as good as any other car out there. I missed TQ by a second in the last qualifier....with some help from a fellow racer.
The sun also plays a huge part in qualifing...some heats are way faster.

Oops sorry to have overlooked Josh - YES his car did look very good on track. It was a very tight field again this year.

New arms are on the way. Todd said that anything ordered from Horizon right now is the new arms. They are heat molded this time around rather than cold molded. I hit the famous Reedy kink pretty hard and landed on the boards and drove away. With the previous arms.......all four might have been broken. I too ran Todd's set up at the Reedy with one change. It was dialed but the biggest factor in my driving came once my boy (Jason E.) came to my rescue with a regular Mazda 6 body. My driving didn't like the speed 6. I'll post the set up sometime tomorrow for people to see.

Anyone notice the new battery configuration? Five cells and making room for the bigger brushless speedos...

Notice the battery on top of the Novak charger and the battery tray on the left side of the pic along with the revised top deck...whether dremeled or a whole new deck.

Russ B- I have some arms for you. No more DNF'S baby. Time to have some fun again. See ya at the track.

Big thanks for my Losi team mates at the RROC. Everyone worked together to help one another. Mike T. Todd and Jason were very approachable and shared everything bit of info and equipment they had to ensure that we (fellow Losi driver's) ran the best that we could at this race.

Now that the arm situation seems to be solved I'm sure we'll be seeing more set up's coming from racers at they're local tracks. While AE has the spot light (for round 1) these guys are making sure that the average joe racer has his tools to take on fellow buddies at the club level week in and week out. The nats should be the next big race up so look for better results from the factory guys Just remember though........it doesn't matter how fast they are if the product doesn't work in your hands That's they number 1 overall goal.

Who had the best results with the Type R at the Reedy this year?

Where can I get some good Reedy race '07 set ups for asphalt?
