It also looks like length from front to rear posts is a little
longer, will measure when I finish building.
A few posts back I seem to recal someone, maybe KB mentioning there were in the same place as the JRX-S

With my new job i am able to get home a bit earlier so i might get the new body painted then and drill the hole later on.

The last body i did i forgot to drill the holes first so its no biggy i guess.

Are the body mounts as thin as they are on the old car, on my old car i have the new xray ones, nice and strong.

Yes Malc, i know i need them. Te he

Pooky, why did you not just make your spool gear fit like I told you I did it? You like the Dremel and it works well.

Any one else that did not hear how I did it here is how. I took a tapered grinding stone for the dremel and just ground the hole out till it was as big as the inside diameter of the spool pad. I test fit it on the diff tube and it works fine.

when these newer style of pulley came out i ordered a few, but they came with the larger hole in, i thought this was very strange at the time. but now i'm glad i didn't send them back.

so no drilling for me, at least for a while any ways

i did drill one out for the one way, i used a sharp step drill taking it one at a time and trying it. this wa works well too

Cheers
Tim

I have a question about the production kit...What degree rear toe block does it come with or does it come with all the aluminum blocks?

It comes with a 0 degree front aluminum block, 2 degree aluminum rear toe block and 0 degree rear hub carriers. The car has 1 degree of toe in built in for a total of 3 degrees rear toe.

Hope this helps.

Did anyone check there rear tow?Out of the box it is 3 deg. of tow in.
I went over it and the same lame problem on every losi I ever had.
The tow is never the same from left to right.I have 3deg. on left and 2deg. on right. You would think losi would get it right this time .Also did anyone check how much play in the sus.arms there is.Left front was decent but the right was loose.I had to shim to take some of the play out.The rear arms were like this also.Did anyone have these problems?

Laterz.

There is 1 degree of toe built into the rear(in the chassis). So if you use the 2 deg. pivot you will have 3 deg. total rear toe, if you use the 1 degr. you will have 2 deg. total rear toe and so on.

When you say built in the chassis, do you mean by the toe blocks/sus. arm mounts?
