Novak GTS ESC

Any one have *personal* experience with the Novak GTS ESC? I'm wondering about its suitability for Stock and 19-turn classes. I know it will work; the questions are durability and suitability. Thanks; Ernie P.

Novak GTS

I run it in my FK05 in 19 turn using 3300 to race and 3800 for practice. Works flawlessly in very dusty and bumpy conditions. I don't have a need for anything more heavy duty since I only run 19 turn.

I have 2 GTS's.

One has been in a stock motored sedan (either Xray T1R or TC4), the other is in a mod motored buggy (B4). I don't think they are a handicap speed wise. The GTS is probably the best bang for the buck in esc's.

I'd buy another.

GTS Powercap

I was wondering if anybody had any issues with changing the GTS Power cap to the larger GTX version?

There must be adventurous types out there that exchanged the stock cap to the 4700uF varierty?

are you trying to use a motor that's lower than the turn limit?
power cap can be changed but it doesn't lower the on resistance
