I'm learning how to properly laminate my carbon fiber fabric so it's flat and consistant....suprisingly difficult to get it to manufacturer quality when you DIY!

When you get done can you post some pics?? I tried unsuccesfully to make one but just cooked the peltier instead. I ended up buying a P and D racing one that looks very much like Crazy Ronnies

What do you use to sandwich the peltier between the plates, thermal epoxy or thermal tape?

I use a thermal epoxy. Thermal tape isnt strong enough when you try to pull a cooler off a motor with the clamp frozen on HTH.

Yeah, that's what I figured.. is there any place that sells the epoxy in a low quantity for a decent price? I don't need a whole $40 toothpaste tube, I'll only be using a few grams of it for the whole thing..

Did you just epoxy the clamp itself or screw/bolt it on the plate as well?
