Scuff the rim on a tire truer.

Put contact cement on the rim and inside of foam.

Put together.

Let dry over night.

truerup and clean up and you are done.

Someone showed me how to do this. We have to build our tires in Dirt Oval.

SImple simple simple.... messy messy messy.
