I use the alligator clips on my LRP Pulsar. I clip them to everything. Deans plugs, TX battery holder module, Tamiya connectors.

Why would you have to solder the alligator clips to anything? That's why they are clips...

make adapters

If you don't like alligator clips you can make adapters for each type of batteries that you have.

I think he meant solder the batteries to the car, not the clips.

Do everything chargers

performula;

If you buy/have a charger that will charge 1-8 cells, then you only need to make a couple of adapters to charge Radio batts. You can use a small "Phono" plug to make the adapter then just put the clips on it. I always make the outer tip the + to avoid confusion. Or you could buy a small 2"x3" plastic electronic project box and make an Adapter Box that you can plug your leads into and clip your charger leads too. (Nice & neat)

I use Euro plugs on my Electric Car packs, and Tamiya plugs on my starter box. And use Phono plugs to adapt to my Radio packs.
