Default New new Enzo - Swoooosh

Just got this on Thursday. Already burned out the speed controller

Damn, the car is fast after what I did to it. Look for yourselves on the movies I made:

Heh,

I just spent another 90 quid on a F1 speed controller. I have to admit, much better than the M-Tech one I had. This one is limitless which is a result!

Running the car in water wouldn't help it either ..

what spec is the car ..eg motor batteries etc?

Nice ferrari Body. Also next time your going to "bin" your new electrics let me know and I'll pay for the postage to send them to me
Its a pitty you don't live near me cause I might get to show you how fast an electric can really go

The car is fitted with a Vision 15 turn motor and mounted on a 25 tooth pinion gear and connected to a 55T gear. I'l ltake a pic of it and mount it on my website. I have noticed now that the wires connected to motor may be causing the problem as they get so damn hot its unbelievable. The wiress comming off the speed controller are much thicker so I think I need to invest in thicker wires from the motor. I can't even put the motor heatsink supplied with the TB01 because the ends of the motor will touch the aluminium heatsink

I originally had a 19 tooth pinion gear in it but the car was far too fast on takeoff. 25T seems to help it and make the battery last slightly longer with is a 1700.

PS: How much are the electronics that I binned. 540 motor, resistor and wires/cables ?

Wow with gear ratios like that don't expect anything to last very long at all. Is this your first electric car??

PS the Motor and speed control aren't worth that much but there are better things to do with them other than toss them in the bin..
Just my 2 cents worth...

i forgot to say this:
dhcp when u run on a wet road water will definitely get in the car.if it gets into the speedo it definitely shorts it and it will melt if u run it.
this is what i meant by welcome to the club.
i did it once.cost me $20 bucks to exchange my speedo.
now i dont ever touch a wet road.
VERY VERY nice cover btw.great paint job,
it's a TB01?
