Q's About Charging Batteries for/on Race Day?

I'm not quite sure about how to charge my batteries on race day. I have 4 3800 packs. Should I charge them up early in the morning and repeak them before the race? How many batteries do you generally have time to charge in a race day? Do you have enough time to charge a batt between each race/main?

most race meets are run so that they give about 40minutes turn around between rounds. to let people charge fully at 5 or 6amps.

just charge straight after you finish racing your heat, just before you go out to marshal

if you chrage in morning and just reapeak before the race you will lose lots of puch from the batts.

Thanks.

Can I charge some before I go so I can practice in the morning and then recharge them for a race?

If you can let them completely cool before you recharge them, then you can do that. If not, just get some cheap practice packs.
